Goals:
1) Lose 2.6 lbs to get down to ideal weight of 130 lbs
2) Refocus overall nutrition plan and consume more vegetables

Goals:
1) Short term- Get back down to 185 lbs (what I've weighed for the past year)
2) Long term- Get down to an ideal weight between 170-175 lbs
3) Increase energy level
4) Refocus workout regimen

My start weight is 215 pounds. My ideal weight is 150. My average weight for the past 3 years has been about 160. I am hoping to lose 5 pounds by Christmas and 30 pounds by my birthday in February.
I also want this to show me how much easier it is to maintain a healthy lifestyle than to eat whatever I want and then have to work 100x harder to lose the weight later.
